YV Style Chile

YV Style Chile uses our Me Encanta Original Red Sauce.

Ingredients

• 1lb ground beef
• 1 small yellow onion, chopped (Can use half of a large yellow onion)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 29oz can tomato sauce
• 15oz can pinto beans
• 15oz can kidney beans
• 15 oz can white beans
• 3 tablespoons chili powder
• 1-2 heaping tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ cup of olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Me Encanta Original Red Sauce

Preparation

Heat large pot Dutch Oven over medium-high heat add oil, ground beef, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper then brown and drain if necessary. Return the beef to the pot then add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Turn heat down to medium-low then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Scoop into bowls then serve with toppings.
